At the St. Pete Times Forum Friday, April 10th, the event kicks off with the 98ROCKFEST Preshow Free Show in the Plaza featuring three of the best up and coming bands in the nation. The Plaza Stage starts at 2PM in the vendor village and goes until doors at 6PM.
